The take-off board consists of a metal structure which supports both the plasticine insert and the take-off board, made of solid pine wood lacquered on both sides, for dual use. The latter is firmly screwed to the metal structure made of a 3 mm thick stainless steel sheet, duly stiffened and shaped with the most advanced bending techniques.
This structure, with standard dimensions, fits perfectly into its support and has 6 threaded studs used to level the board, as well as 2 screws that lock it longitudinally to the support, once it has been levelled, preventing its movement when in use. Both screws are accessed from the top of the board, so it can be levelled and attached without being removed from the foundation tray.
It is made entirely of stainless steel, including the hardware. It includes the plasticine insert (AT01320), made of solid pine wood 10 cm wide and machined according to the WA regulations, as well as a hexagonal key to adjust the levelling system It includes the plasticine insert (AT01320), made of solid pine wood 10 cm wide and machined according to the WA regulations, as well as a hexagonal key to adjust the levelling system.
