Too often the tracks set up for big events are abandoned after the races. One of the advantages of prefabricated tracks is that they can be reused and transferred elsewhere.
This is what happened in Japan with the recently removed, thoroughly cleaned and partially laid Tokyo Olympic Stadium training track at Aichi University.
