We deploy our athlete-centered design methodology to enhance performance and sustainability through biomechanics, safety and closed-loop recycling. Leveraging the intuition and expertise of Mondo’s researchers, the company employs modern techniques, such as machine learning, topological optimization, and simulated parametric analysis. This allows for the effective study of the interaction between the athletics track and the foot of a virtual athlete, leading to faster and more effective improvements. By integrating vast amounts of data and leveraging machine learning algorithms, Mondo accurately predicts outcomes and refines its designs. Through this process, Mondo optimizes the track’s structural design, maximizing energy return, shock absorption, and traction.
When training or competing with Mondo, safety and performance are intertwined. Mondo’s products ensure a secure environment by providing reliable responses and proper physical protection.
Competing at all levels on a Mondo track signifies a dedication to training and performance, leading to extraordinary results. The combination of cutting-edge technology and meticulous craftsmanship has made Mondo equipment and track surfaces synonymous with excellence in the world of athletics.
Mondo’s tracks are produced the company’s factory in Gallo d’Alba, in the province of Cuneo (Italy). The factory is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standards.
Mondo Track, as all Mondo athletics tracks, are prefabricated, therefore free of partially encrusted microplastic granules. The vulcanization process allows the creation of products in which recycled rubber powders are permanently bonded to a polymer matrix. This prevents their detachment and release of microplastics.
