The synthetic turf of MONDO padel courts guarantees safety and sports performance. In addition, it provides the system's durability due to the fibers' resistance to wear and tear caused by rubbing against the sand.
MONDO has been designing and making artificial turf surfaces for padel courts since 2012, working closely with the Padel Federation and the World Padel Tour.Since the beginning of 2024 Mondo has strengthened its commitment to the design and production of padel courts by collaborating with the International Padel Federation and Premier Padel.
MONDO padel systems have been designed to maximise athletes' performance by guaranteeing uniformity of the court surface and controlling ball bounce.

Mondo has developed a new synthetic turf system for Padel called PREMIER SUPERCOURT® X3, the result of in-depth research and development carried out in 2023. This innovative surface combines XNOVA textured monofilaments with a parallelepiped shape and concave sides, featuring 4 grooves and 4 asymmetrical ribs that act as lateral reinforcements, XOMEGA textured monofilaments with a semi-circular structure and XDELTA monofilaments with a triangular shape; infill: silica sand.

The central rib and 260-micron thickness of the STX monofilaments guarantee that the surface has great dimensional memory: the fibres quickly return to their original shape after coming into contact with the ball and players' shoes.

MONDO's artificial turf surfaces for padel courts were the first to be type-approved by the Spanish Padel Federation in 2012.
In that year we also began our collaboration with the World Padel Tour, of which we were Official Suppliers from 2015 to 2023. Since 2024 Mondo has collaborated with the International Padel Federation and Premier Padel to develop new synthetic grass surfaces for this sport . Mondo is the Official Turf Supplier of Premer Padel and the International Padel Federation.

MONDOTufting factory is located in Borja, Spain, where MONDO's synthetic turf surfaces are produced. Opened in 2002, the site now covers a covered area of approximately 16,200 m2 and produces synthetic turf surfaces. Over 20 types of fibers are produced inside: the factory hosts extrusion lines dedicated to monofilaments and fibrillation lines, dedicated to fibrillated fibres. MONDO NSF fibers are then tufted to obtain Mondoturf rolls ready for installation.
The production center hosts two important Research & Development laboratories, equipped with modern and innovative instruments and with a Management System compliant with the UNE 166002:2006 standard. The design and composition of the MONDOTURF filaments are studied in our laboratories and the combinations between the different components of the artificial turf systems are tested. The laboratories also carry out checks on the entire production chain, from the receipt of raw materials along all the transformation steps, up to the creation of systems ready for installation.

Fibre wear caused by constant friction of the sand is one of the biggest problems with an artificial turf padel court.
For this reason, we have optimised the fibrillation sequence of our polypropylene fibres and designed the structure of our polyethylene filaments to improve the resistance of our surfaces and the dimensional memory.
Our courts preserve their aesthetic and biomechanical properties for longer.
