HANGING INDOOR SHOT PUT LANDING AREA 'AEROLIFT SHOT'

Kit for Shot Put Throw in indoor sport premises, consists of a portable throwing circle, several mat modules, and a hanging stop barrier. The stop barrier (AL915) consists of the hanging support structure surrounding the sides and bottom of the landing sector and a safety net. The hanging structure (AL910000010) is 14 meters long , 9 meters wide and a height of 4 m. This structure consists of two U-shaped frames made of aluminum profiles, which are connected by means of several vertical spacers. The upper frame is equipped with three pulling cables for lifting the assembly, while removable counterweights are attached to the lower frame to stabilize them against the impact of the weights when they are thrown. The safety net supplied (AL041) is made of 4mm high tenacity polypropylene rope and is knotless woven forming a 40x40 mm mesh. A total of 84 memory foam mats (AL901) are placed inside the landing sector. The body of the mat consists of an upper layer that offers a slow recovery to allow the measurement of the throw, plus an bottom layer soft enough to cushion the impact. Each foam mat module is covered with a 1.5 mm thick PVC layer, which makes it highly resistant to wear and tear. Finally, the kit includes a portable throwing platform (AL051) consisting of a metal framework with a 19 mm wooden board as a floor, plus a 2,135 mm inner diameter throwing circle and a counterweight box. The platform can be disassembled into two halves for easy transport and storage.
