Ayomide Folorunso training at home during lockdown with Mondo

Ayomide Folorunso, representing team Italy in 400 hurdles, European U23 Champion and winner at the Universiade in 2019 and 2017 editions, talks with us about her lockdown training and how the postponement of the Olympics have altered her schedule. During lockdown she received a roll of prefabricated track at home from Mondo so her home workouts can have a different quality, avoiding possible injuries. Watch here her interview!
